Cancellation Policy

Customers have the right to request a cancellation of their order only if the order has not yet been accepted for processing. This means that cancellation is possible only if: 

• The payment for the order has not been received, or 
• The delivery or execution of the ordered services has not yet started. 
• Once the client begins receiving the ordered services, the order cannot be cancelled.
